Axson has acquired 100% of MERYLITHE SAS shares, a subsidiary of TRENTESAUXBROCHIER.

Following the acquisition of Nanoledge in 2013, focused on Epoxy and nano technologies,

the acquisition of Merylithe adds innovative Polyurethane technologies to Axson portfolio,

supporting AXSON vision to be a worldwide leader in formulating high Performances

Polymers.

 MERYLITHE intellectual property, brands -Adilithe®, Isolithe®, Adicoat® and products will be

integrated in the group AXSON SAS and the company will be renamed Axson Merylithe.

Building from this acquisition, the AXSON Technologies Business Unit will further develop

the segment of High End Performance applications in the Cast PU market leveraging Axson

Technologies global presence and network.

Charles Churet, AXSON CEO, indicates « MERYLITHE acquisition will allow the group to

develop some niche markets with Eco friendly products with low free monomer content, as

well as Improved specific performance properties (Dynamic, Low Water Absorption, Solvent

Resistance,…). The technology will also feed the innovation process in the other activities of

Axson Technologies of Dielectric and Adhesive applications”.
